A naming ceremony is a non religious way of welcoming the birth of your child, an older child or adoptive child into your family and friends. It is a unique occasion for everyone to feel involved as they pledge their love and support for your child’s future development.

As your celebrant I would enjoy showing you examples and options, and guiding you through various choices which you may wish to add to enhance the ceremony. Choices can include vows made by the parents, promises by the supporting adults and grandparents, readings and music, and the presentation of a special gift to the child. You may also wish to include brothers and sisters in the ceremony.

Special rituals you may consider are: Naming Candle, Butterfly Release,Time Capsule, Wishes and thoughts blankets or pillowcase, or Wishing Bear. You could begin a new tradition by passing of family jewellery, planting of a tree or presentation of family tree book.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and I will advise and encourage your ideas to create a naming ceremony that will be just perfect for your child.

A commitment ceremony is a non legal marriage, but it is a ceremony to express your love and commitment to your soul mate. This ceremony is a sincere exchange of vows between two people and can be shared by your family and friends.

As your celebrant I encourage your input so we can work together to create and convey a ceremony that reflects your journey together and your hopes and dreams for your future partnership.

There are many reasons as to why a married couple wish to renew their vows. It can be a special milestone, or how they dreamed their wedding would be, or having the presence of someone who was unable to attend their original wedding, or simply an acknowledgement of their journey together as a married couple.

Whatever your reason, I would be delighted to conduct a ceremony that truly reflects the meaning of the renewal of your vows to each other. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

When experiencing the death of a loved one it can be a very difficult and overwhelming time. As a Funeral Celebrant, I am passionate about creating and conducting a ceremony that truly reflects the life of the one who has passed. I pride myself on attention to detail in a sensitive and caring manner.

My ultimate aim is for family and friends to leave the Funeral/Memorial service, feeling comforted to know that their loved one has been remembered, acknowledged and celebrated.
